Terms and Conditions of Sale at  Plastic

1. DEFINITIONS

• ‘Buyer’ means the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the ‘Seller’.

• ‘Seller’ means FabPlastic.co.uk. West House, Slough Lane, Saunderton, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP14 4HN

• ‘Conditions’ means the terms & conditions of sale set out on this page, and any special terms & conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.

2. WEB ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

• Your web order will be acknowledged by e-mail on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if goods become unavailable or circumstances arise beyond our control, but if there is a problem, you will be advised as soon as possible. If this happens, you will be given a refund of any payment made within 7 working days. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question. 

3. PAYMENT

• Payment may be made by the methods indicated on our web site and will be debited when we receive your order. You will be charged the current price for goods from our web site at the date you place your order. 

4. DELIVERY CHARGES

• At the time you make your order you will be clearly shown the calculated post or courier charges and by confirming your purchase you will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted these charges. 

• No refund in full or part shall be offered as a result of a late delivery by the courier. 

5. DELIVERY

• Goods for delivery within the UK are normally sent by standard mail or courier delivery.

• Where goods are delivered via standard mail or courier, we aim to deliver 1-2 working days after we receive your order (subject to availability). We will advise you as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay with your order. 

6. NON-STOCK GOODS

• FabPlastic.co.uk offers goods for sale on site which are not held in stock. For these goods, approximate availability times are shown next to each product. Payment for non-stock orders must be made at time of ordering and is not normally refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the order or the goods are faulty. If we are unable to fulfil your order within 15 working days, we will advise you of the situation and give you the opportunity to cancel your order (and receive a refund on that item). This process will be repeated approximately every 15 working days until your order is delivered or you cancel it. 

7. MIXED ORDERS

• If you have placed an order for several products, and one or more of these products are non-stock items, then the items in stock will be sent to you and the balance of your order (the non-stock items) will be sent to you under separate cover as soon as possible or may be cancelled by you, after 15 working days have elapsed. 

8. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

• You may cancel your order any time within 30 days of placing it.  If you want to cancel an order you must send an email message to sales@fabplastic.co.uk stating your FabPlastic.co.uk order number and the reason for cancellation. 

• Confirmation of your cancelled order will be made by FabPlastic.co.uk and the cancellation becomes effective when you receive that confirmation. If you cancel your order before we despatch any goods your credit card will be refunded in full. Normally we would despatch the goods to you by 4pm on the day you place your order. 

• If you decide to cancel your web order after we have despatched the goods then you must return those goods in perfect saleable condition to us within 30 days of your cancellation and we will refund the cost of the goods in full to your credit card. However we cannot refund the cost of the postage and courier charges incurred in sending the goods to you and you will bear the cost of returning the goods to us at our High Wycombe, UK premises. We (the Seller) shall not be liable for loss or damage whilst returned goods are in transit back to our office address. 

• If the goods are non-stock goods that we cannot return to the manufacturer then you will not be able to return the goods and no refund can be offered.

9. FAULTY ITEMS / RETURNS

• You may notify us in writing or by e-mail regarding a faulty item, within 7 working days of receipt explaining the nature of the fault. You must then return the item in its original condition within 30 days. 

• Goods may be returned to us for a replacement or refund if goods are found to be faulty. For this reason, if a replacement is sent, you will not incur a second postage or courier charge. 

• Refunds and replacements can only be given on receipt of the original item back at our UK office address of FabPlastic.co.uk, West House, Slough Lane, Saunderton, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP14 4HN. United Kingdom

• All prices shown on our site are subject to change without notice.

• Special offers will only be available within the specified dates given on our web site and are subject to availability.
